What Is New Teeth In One Day?

New Teeth In One Day, also known as All-on-X, is a procedure that uses four to six dental implants in the upper or lower jaw to hold in place a new set of teeth, usually made from sturdy, beautiful zirconium. If necessary, Dr. Moore uses implants placed at an angle to get maximum bone coverage. He will use bone grafting as needed to provide same-day new teeth with extractions.

Only a few implants are needed as the force from chewing and biting is evenly distributed between the implants.

Dr. Moore can extract teeth, place dental implants and attach an aesthetic and functional new set of teeth all in the same visit.

Benefits of New Teeth in One Day

    Chewing power fully restored

    Beautiful new smile

Permanently fixed-in teeth that are strong and stable

You don’t have to wear dentures

    Prevents bone loss (unlike dentures)

All the dental work you need in one visit!

If you have multiple missing teeth or are wearing dentures, your jawbone doesn’t have sufficient stimulation and can absorb back into the body. The result is a gradual wearing away of the lower bone structure of your face, and a prematurely aged look. New Teeth in One Day gives you strong teeth and prevents bone loss.

Take care of all your dental issues in one visit!

If you have been struggling with broken or missing teeth and require extensive dental work, New Teeth in One Day can be a fast and more economical way to get to the best result: strong, functional teeth and a bright, beautiful smile. Instead of taking months or years, with frequent dental visits and associated costs, you can take care of your teeth in one visit for a single, all-inclusive cost.

    Can Your Teeth Be Saved?

Weakened teeth can be challenging to save, and any work done can make them even weaker. Dental procedures like crowns, bridges, extractions, and replacing old work can actually damage teeth further, shortening their lifespan. This can lead to losing teeth entirely.

If Dr. Moore can save your natural teeth, he will. He will perform a comprehensive evaluation, examining the condition of your teeth, bone, and oral health, and provide an informed assessment of the best strategy to achieve your goals for your teeth and smile, along with comparison costs for different options.

Getting New Teeth in One Day with Dr. Moore

Dr. Moore carefully plans your treatment to ensure you receive the smooth, precise results you expect on surgery day. He starts with the final placement in mind and makes certain each step leads to a great result for you.

  • 1. Careful Planning

The process starts with a complete mouth exam and consultation. Dr. Moore takes 3D CT scans (see video) and intraoral scans, photos and measurements. Using 3D implant-planning software, he plans the surgery and final tooth position with precision and creates custom surgical guides to ensure accurate implant placement.

  • 2. Planning Your Final Smile

Dr. Chad Moore and Dr. Alecia Moore use dental bonding material to cover minor imperfections in the tooth, such as chips, cracks, small gaps and stains. They make many teeth, and know how to line up angles to get the most aesthetic results.

  • 3. Surgery Day

Dr. Moore will extract any remaining teeth and, if necessary, perform bone grafting to ensure your jaw has enough bone to securely hold the implants. Using a custom surgical guide for precision, he will place your new dental implants and attach a beautiful, fully functional set of temporary teeth the same day, allowing you to leave with a confident smile.

  • 4. Your Permanent, Beautiful Smile

After about three months, the doctor removes the temporary teeth, takes final impressions and replaces your temporary teeth with a custom, permanent set of teeth designed to look and feel completely natural. Crafted from durable, high-quality materials, your final new teeth are built to last, restoring your ability to chew, speak and smile with ease.

    Snap-In Dentures

If you are looking for an excellent, economical alternative to New Teeth in One Day, or if you are tired of wearing dentures that slip or lose their fit over time, a solution is the snap-in denture. Like dentures, these can be taken in and out. Snap-in dentures require fewer implants than permanently fixed-in-place teeth, and this lowers their cost. You can discuss this option with Dr. Moore during your consultation, and he will offer a recommendation about what implant might suit you best based on your own situation.
